Children
Welcome to Children's Ministries!
Our purpose is to glorifying God in and through the children of our church. We believe that glorifying God begins with God's Word. By teaching Bible-based lessons, we want each child to know, love and have a relationship with God. We believe this relationship begins with the gospel message, which explains the good news of Jesus' death on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. Our prayerful hope that while they are young, each child will realize they are a sinner, confess their sins and place their faith in Jesus' work on the cross for forgiveness and eternal life. From there our hope is that every child will live a life that glorifies God as one of his children.
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Children's Ministries to glorify God by teaching & applying His Word, worshipping God in song & actions and building influential relationships with the children in our church.
Vision
Our vision is for each child to glorify God by loving God and loving others.
Theme Verse
Our theme verse comes from Deuteronomy 4:5-10. We believe that a child who knows God's Word:
- Listens to God's commandments
- Lights the path of others
- Learns of God's goodness
- Lives in the fear of the Lord
